About Mrin

Mrin is an international theatre producer with over a decade of experience spanning Mumbai, New York, and London. Her journey began in 2013 with the founding of WE, an annual fundraising concert series that raised £300,000, enabling 3,000 underprivileged students to access performing arts education. She has since produced large-scale events at iconic venues such as the Royal Opera House and the National Centre of Performing Arts in Mumbai.

While studying in New York, she expanded her creative pursuits into theatre, producing fringe shows and incorporating Western theatrical ideas into Indian productions. Notable projects include Let’s Talk, a jukebox musical addressing mental health conversations in India, and Mannsafar, a dance theatre production at the Royal Opera House. Let’s Talk gained recognition for its unique approach, earning a feature in Rolling Stone India.

In the past year, Mrin completed her MA in Musical Theatre (Producing) at Goldsmiths University and founded Midnight Lotus Productions, producing two successful shows at the Camden Fringe Festival in London - Instant Luv Noodles and Open Call. Her work reflects a passion for storytelling, innovation, and the transformative power of theatre, as she continues to create impactful and socially conscious productions on an international stage.
